Carole began and built her Real Estate career in Dallas, Texas, gaining the acclaimed production ranking in the top 2% of Realtors nationwide. After relocating to Hawaii and receiving her broker’s license in 2013, she applies her real estate acumen to buyers and sellers on the Big Island and now, specifically at Hokuli‘a. Carole is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the West Hawaii Board of Realtors, among others. She is known for her tenacious attention to detail and her love of learning about Hawaii flora.
Kenny began his Real Estate career with the Lyle Anderson Company, (Oceanside 1250 Partners) in 1999 at Hokuli‘a Development and was part of the original sales team. Having worked on Hokuli‘a sales for 19 years, both in Resales and Developer Homesites, Kenny’s familiarity with the property is unmatched. He has trained under some of the best professionals in the business to become a Hokuli‘a Property Specialist. His deep understanding of the heart of the community is also complemented by his membership in the Aloha Section of the professional Golfers Association of America.
Ron is an enthusiastic member of the Hokuli‘a Realty team, a long-term member at the Club at Hokuli‘a, an avid golfer and a huge promoter of the Hokuli‘a community. He has a keen understanding of the local market and the community. Ron retired as a pediatric kidney physician after practicing medicine in England, Canada and the United States, then he and Carole relocated to Hawaii to focus on a second career — growing the Hokuli‘a family!
Born and raised in Japan, Mika is a licensed real estate agent in Hawai‘i with extensive experience representing both buyers and sellers. She has been ranked in the Top 100 Realtors in Hawai‘i.
