1250 Oceanside and its affiliate entities are owned by William A. Pope and S. Robson “Rob” Walton. Pope and Walton purchased Hokuli‘a in 2013, after recognizing the truly unique and majestic qualities of the ‘aina (land) and the rare opportunity to fulfill a grand vision for the community.
Pope and Walton recognize their kuleana (responsibility) to steward this community through to its full potential and have committed necessary resources to ensure its success. Both Pope and Walton possess extensive experience and success in real estate investment.
1250 Oceanside is debt-free and is developing the Hokuli‘a project with private capital. The Club at Hokuli‘a is owned by the membership.
