The new Developer of Hokuli‘a, 1250 Oceanside LLC, has selected Elite Pacific Properties, Hawai‘i’s largest Luxury Real Estate Brokerage firm, as the exclusive project broker for their custom lots and new homes.

The sales team will host a Pre-Sales Event beginning late January 2017.
